FDC Graduate Programme – Masters in Accounting (MACC) UCC

We are sponsoring 1 to 2 places on UCC’s prestigious Masters in Accounting (MACC)

About the MACC: 

  • 1 Year Programme – Full Time​ ​ 
  • Begins September 2025 
  • Requirements – at least a Second Class Honours Grade I in a primary honours degree (NFQ, Level 8) with a significant accounting specialisation. 

FDC Sponsorship Offer: 

  • FDC Group pays Master’s Fees in Full 
  • Successful applicants will sign a 3-year contract with FDC and work as a Trainee Accountant on completion of the Masters​. 
  • 3 Year Contract begins September 2026. 
  • If the contract is breached, fees will need to be repaid. 
  • FDC covers all professional qualification fees.

FDC Agricultural Graduate Programme - (M.Agr. Sc) UCD

We are offering a fully funded Masters opportunity within our 3-year agri graduate programme. Successful applicants can carry out this prestigious M.Agr.Sc whilst gaining invaluable experience working full-time as an agri-advisor with our growing FDC Agri Team.  

We are offering a 3-year contract in which candidates will be provided with the opportunity to study in UCD whilst earning competitive salary in a dynamic organisation. 

About the MAgrSc: 

  • 2 Year Programme – Part Time​ ​ 
  • Begins in September 2025

Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold the equivalent of a minimum Lower Second Class Honours Degree (NFQ Level 8), or international equivalent, in a range of academic qualifications including Agricultural Science, Life Science and Business Degree programmes from a recognised higher education institution.    
  • Applications are welcome from people with work experience in government and non-governmental organisations that provide rural extension services in agriculture, environmental and community development. 

Agri-Graduate Offer: 

  • 2-year part time masters in Ag Extension and Innovation included within a 3-year contract with FDC. 
  • FDC Group pays Master’s Fees in Full. 
  • Working in an FDC office, initially in either, 
    • Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick 
    • Midleton, Co. Cork 
  • Opportunity to work in other offices after successful trial period.

FDC Financial Consultant Training Academy

The FDC Financial Consultant Training Academy is a robust 12 month, earn as you learn, opportunity.

The programme will be a blend of academic tuition which will lead to a Level 7 Professional Diploma in Financial Advice (QFA) and expert on the job training.

While earning a competitive salary, each apprentice will, on a rotational basis, be based in one of FDC’s network of offices and have a dedicated mentor for the duration of the course.

At FDC we build long-term financial planning relationships with our clients. We put them first, organise their finances, and help them along the way, sharing in their triumphs and their hard times.
