In 2025, we launched our new healthcare benefit package provided by Aviva. This package is designed to support both our employees and their families’ health and wellbeing.
The Aviva Care package includes access to Digital GP, Second Medical Opinion, Family Care Mental Health support and Bereavement support.
- Digital GP Phone and video consultations 7 days a week, prescriptions service and unlimited use for our employees and their families.
- Second Medical Opinion Access to 50,000 specialties allowing employees to double-check diagnoses or treatments. This service extends to employees’ parents, partners, and children.
- Family Care Mental Health Support Covers various therapies, including cognitive behavioral counseling, extending to partners and children.
- Bereavement Support Confidential help to cope with loss, also available to employees’ partners.
These services are easily accessible via an app, meaning our employees can access these services at home or abroad.
FDC College
FDC College is our internal training department that offers our employees learning opportunities on various topics, including professional development, taxation, accountancy, agriculture, financial seminars, and soft skills.
FDC College educates FDC employees and, by extension, our clients with the latest skills and knowledge to remain relevant. Upskilling opens doors to new opportunities within FDC. FDC Charity Fund
In 2005, FDC set up an internal charity fund.
Over the past 20 years, FDC have donated over €400,000 to charity. FDC is committed to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the world. With the help of our staff’s contributions, we support a wide range of local charities. In addition to local charities, we support various projects run by Concern Worldwide. FDC focuses on supporting programmes that promote sustainable access to food, health and education in Ireland and globally.
