Microsoft (MS) Project Advanced
This session is aimed at Project Managers / Project Administrators and people who are currently using MS Project at a basic level and who wish to increase their skills and develop more robust and complex plans. This workshop covers;
- resolving resource over allocation,
- using shared resources across several plans,
- creating a “top project” to view of all plans and
- using reports and dashboards.
A working knowledge of MS Project is assumed.
